“TIP YOUR WAY TO $10K” PROMOTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Information on how to enter and the Prize form part of these Terms and Conditions (Terms). Entry and participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and an acknowledgement of their binding effect. The Sportsbet Dream Chasers “Tip Your Way to $10K” promotion (Promotion) will be conducted on four separate occasions, with these Terms governing each separate promotion (Promotion 1, Promotion 2, Promotion 3 and Promotion 4).

Who can enter:

• Entry is only open to participants who:
  1. are Australian residents;
  2. are aged 18 years or over;
  3. are not self-excluded or registered with BetStop; and
  4. are not subject to a ban, exclusion or barring from Sportsbet (Eligible Entrants).
• An entry submitted by a person who does not meet all of the above criteria will be deemed an invalid entry and will be excluded from the Promotion.

The Promotions:

• The events, dates and locations of each of the Promotions are as follows:
  • Promotion 1 will be conducted at The Meadows Racecourse, 80 Northcorp Boulevard, Broadmeadows VIC 3047 (The Meadows) on 7 November 2026.
  • Promotion 2 will be conducted at Sandown Greyhound Racing Club, View Road, Springvale VIC 3171 (Sandown) on 21 November 2026.
  • Promotion 3 will be conducted at Sandown on 28 November 2026.
  • Promotion 4 will be conducted at The Meadows on 12 December 2026.
• All references to time in these Terms are to Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT), unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies directly associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family has the same meaning as used in the Promoter’s standard promotional terms and includes spouses, de facto spouses, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, step-relations, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and first cousins.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached these Terms, tampered with the entry or tipping process, or engaged in unlawful or improper conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
• Incomplete, indecipherable, illegible or otherwise invalid entries or tips will be deemed invalid.

SPORTSBET DREAM CHASERS – TIP YOUR WAY TO $10K

• Entries into each Promotion will open and close at the following times (Promotion Periods):

  1. Promotion 1: opens at 17:00 on 7 November 2026 and closes at the commencement of Race 8 (final timing TBC) on 7 November 2026;
  2. Promotion 2: opens at 17:00 on 21 November 2026 and closes at the commencement of Race 8 (final timing TBC) on 21 November 2026;
  3. Promotion 3: opens at 17:00 on 28 November 2026 and closes at the commencement of Race 8 (final timing TBC) on 28 November 2026; and
  4. Promotion 4: opens at 17:00 on 12 December 2026 and closes at the commencement of Race 7 (final timing TBC) on 12 December 2026,

  (in each instance, the Promotion Period).

• Eligible Entrants will be deemed to have entered the Promotion, once they complete the provided entry form (using the QR code or approved digital entry point) at the designated location for the Promotion they are entering during the Promotion Periods (Entry). Entry is free. Eligible Entrants must provide their full name, mobile number and email address, in addition to acceptance of these Terms. Failure to do so will render their entry invalid.
• Eligible Entrants may be required to present a legal form of identification with their Entry to verify they are over the age of eighteen (18) and otherwise meet the eligibility criteria. A failure to present a legal form of identification upon request will render the attempted Entry invalid.
• Each Eligible Entrant is limited to one registration per Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, participants may enter Promotion 1, Promotion 2, Promotion 3 and Promotion 4, provided they satisfy the eligibility requirements for each Promotion.

ENTRY AND TIPPING PROCESS

• Each Promotion will include eight nominated greyhound races (Nominated Races) followed by a feature race (Feature Race). The race numbers and scheduled start times for each Promotion will be published by Greyhound Racing Victoria once final schedules are available.
• Once registered, an Eligible Entrant may select one greyhound in each Nominated Race through the approved digital experience. Each selection must be submitted before tipping closes for that Nominated Race.
• Tipping for each Nominated Race will close once that race has commenced, or at such earlier time as determined by the Promoter. The Promoter may use scheduled race times to manage the digital close and may manually close or adjust tipping where required due to delayed starts, amended race times, scratchings, technical issues or other operational circumstances.
• For each Nominated Race, once the official race result is confirmed, all valid Eligible Entrants who selected the winning greyhound will form the eligible draw pool for that Nominated Race (Eligible Pool).
• From each Eligible Pool, one Eligible Entrant will be randomly selected as the provisional finalist and two additional Eligible Entrants will be randomly selected as reserves (Reserves). The draw will be conducted through the approved promotion platform or another auditable random selection process determined by the Promoter.
• If the provisional finalist is not eligible, cannot be verified or otherwise cannot participate, the Promoter may move to Reserve 1, then Reserve 2, and may conduct a further random draw if required.
• Once cleared, the confirmed finalist will be notified by SMS and/or by an announcement at the event. The finalist must report to the designated activation area within five minutes of notification, or by such other time communicated by the Promoter. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of that place and replacement by a Reserve.
• A confirmed finalist will be removed from all later finalist draws for that Promotion. The process will continue across the eight Nominated Races until eight finalists have been confirmed.
• For Promotion 4 on 12 December 2026, the tipping mechanic will apply across Races 1 to 7 only. Eligible Entrants may submit one selection in each of Races 1 to 7. Following the official result of Race 7, all Eligible Entrants who have correctly selected at least one winning greyhound across Races 1 to 7 will be combined into a single eligible draw pool.
• From that eligible draw pool, one Eligible Entrant will be randomly selected as the provisional finalist, together with two additional Eligible Entrants selected as reserves.
• The provisional finalist will then be subject to the same eligibility and verification requirements set out in these Terms. If the provisional finalist is not eligible, cannot be verified or otherwise cannot participate, the Promoter may move to Reserve 1, then Reserve 2, and may conduct a further random draw if required.

FEATURE RACE

• Once eight finalists have been confirmed, each finalist will be allocated one runner in the Feature Race. The intended allocation method is a random draw of numbered balls 1 to 8, with the number drawn corresponding to that finalist’s greyhound in the Feature Race.
• Finalists must follow the reasonable directions of the Promoter, including reporting to the designated location and wearing any supplied Sportsbet or greyhound-colour bib or other identifying item for the Feature Race.
• The finalist allocated to the greyhound declared the official winner of the Feature Race will be deemed the Winner of the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, there will be a Winner for Promotion 1, Promotion 2, Promotion 3 and Promotion 4 (totalling 4 Winners). The official race result, as declared by the relevant racing authority, is final for the purposes of the Promotion.
• If the official Feature Race result is a dead heat for first place, the Prize will be divided equally between the finalists allocated to the dead-heating greyhounds, subject to any requirements determined by the Promoter or applicable law.
• If a Feature Race runner is scratched, withdrawn or replaced after finalist allocation, the Promoter may reallocate the affected finalist to a replacement runner, conduct a redraw, or otherwise adopt a fair alternative process having regard to the official field and race rules.

WINNINGS

• The total prize pool across all four Promotions is $40,000 AUD. The Winner of each Promotion will receive $10,000 AUD cash (each, a Prize).
• Cash Prizes will be awarded by electronic funds transfer within twenty-eight (28) business days of the Winner being notified and providing all information reasonably requested by the Promoter to facilitate payment.
• All Prizes are supplied and payable by the Promoter.
• Prizes, or any unused portion of a Prize, are not transferable or exchangeable, unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.

GENERAL

• If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of such entrant.
• The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to contact provisional finalists, Reserves and confirmed finalists, but is not responsible for any communication failures, including SMS messages not being received or delayed due to technical, network or device issues. In such instances, the Promoter will not be liable for any losses and the entrant’s eligibility to claim any Prize or any other benefit under these Terms shall be forfeited.
• The Promoter’s decision in relation to the conduct of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except where required by law.
• Entrants consent to the Promoter and TGI Sport Marketing (Aust) Pty Ltd ABN 36 603 385 575 (TGI) using their name, likeness, image and/or voice, including photographs, film and recordings, in any media for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and its outcomes, subject to applicable law and any consent requirements imposed by the Promoter.
• The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, prohibit an entrant’s participation in the Promotion or cease to provide any benefit if the entrant is, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves aggressively or disruptively, breaches venue rules, acts contrary to law, or behaves in a way that may affect their ability to participate safely or may damage the reputation of the Promoter or its brands.
• If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to a reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including technical difficulties, race schedule changes, weather, safety concerns, other unforeseen circumstances, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to disqualify an entrant or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion as appropriate.
• Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any statutory consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter and its officers, employees and agents exclude liability for personal injury, loss or damage arising in connection with the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.
• Except for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, the Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage arising from technical difficulties or equipment malfunction, theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference, late or misdirected entries or communications, race schedule changes, or any variation in the Prize that is outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or economic loss, loss of opportunity, loss of enjoyment or disappointment suffered in connection with the Promotion or any Prize.
• The Promoter collects personal information (PI) in order to conduct the Promotion and verify eligibility of entrants (including age, BetStop/self-exclusion and other Sportsbet responsible gambling, exclusion or barring checks). The Promoter may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers which for the avoidance of doubt includes, but is not limited to TGI and Efront Pty Ltd ABN 73 131 970 137 (EFront) and OpenBet Asia Pacific Pty Ltd ABN 55 137 114 302 (OpenBet). PI includes but is not limited to full name, date of birth, mobile number, residential address and email. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://helpcentre.sportsbet.com.au/hc/en-us/articles/115004971088-Sportsbet-s-Privacy-Policy. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
• The provisional finalist and, if required, the Reserves may have their personal information provided to Sportsbet and its approved service providers for eligibility verification, including age, BetStop/self-exclusion and other Sportsbet responsible gambling, exclusion or barring checks. No entrant is a confirmed finalist until the Promoter has completed the required verification.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time where reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, operational, technical or administrative reasons, provided that any amendment will not materially disadvantage entrants who have already entered the Promotion.
