In the case of a match not being started, all bets would be voided, however if the first ball has been served in the match the retirement rule will apply.
If the first ball has been served, all match bets will be voided on retiring player or pair, unless the outcome of the bet has already been concluded and bets on player or pair progressing will be settled as a winning bet.
If the first ball hasn't been served, all match bets are voided.
Bets on service games and points will stand once the service games or points have been completed.
In the event of a retirement or disqualification during the match, all bets on completed service games & points will stand. For match betting purposes, regardless of the point in the match, bets on the retiring player or pair will be void, while bets on the player or pairing progressing to the next round (or winning the tournament in the case of a final) will be deemed the winner.
All bets on other markets which have reached an unconditional conclusion whereby if the match was completed in its entirety, the outcome of the relevant bet would have been guaranteed, will remain settled accordingly.
If your bet involves a Same Game Multi or is a Same Game Multi, it will follow the same rules as above
Example: If a customer places a bet on Player A to win the match 2-0 in the set betting market, Player A loses the 1st set & a retirement occurs during the 2nd set, this bet will be deemed a loser as it is not possible for Player A to win the match 2-0. All bets on Player A to win 2-1, Player B to win 2-0 or 2-1 will be void.
Note: The above applies to all bet types including multis.
