Why do I need to update my iOS Software?
This is due to a change by Apple, requiring apps & users to be using iOS 14 to continue using them.
How do I update my iOS Software?
- Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
- If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one you want to install.
- Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now.

What if I can't update my iOS Software?
If you are unable to update your device's software, then you will need to access Sportsbet through our website www.sportsbet.com.au through Safari. Otherwise you will need to access the Sportsbet App on another device that is able to run iOS 14.
