Deposit Limit Changes
We're making some changes to how your Deposit Limit works based on your feedback. These changes are being made so that it is easier to manage & track your spend.
Changes to your Deposit Limit will automatically be applied in a few weeks, and we will send some reminders and confirmation once we have switched your limit.
Below you can check what the upcoming/new changes are with Fixed Period Deposit Limits, as well as review the info on our current Rolling Period Deposit Limit.
-
There is a 7 day cooling off period for any removal or increase to your deposit limit. If you are on the app, it’ll show you when your new limit will come into effect.
If you have exhausted the current deposit limit and are attempting to decrease the deposit limit, a 7 days cool off will be applied, before the change comes into effect.
This is part of the National Consumer Protection Framework, which the Commonwealth, State and Territory governments have developed. The NCPF contains a set of standard minimum protections for online gamblers, which must be adhered to by all online wagering providers.
