Deposit Limit Changes

We're making some changes to how your Deposit Limit works based on your feedback. These changes are being made so that it is easier to manage & track your spend.

Changes to your Deposit Limit will automatically be applied in a few weeks, and we will send some reminders and confirmation once we have switched your limit.

Below you can check what the upcoming/new changes are with Fixed Period Deposit Limits, as well as review the info on our current Rolling Period Deposit Limit.

• You can Edit or Remove your Deposit Limit at any time in the My Account section.

  1. Navigate to the Deposit Limit section of My Account.
  2. You will see a pencil (edit) or trash can (remove) icon in the top right.
  3. Select the relevant button and you’ll be prompted to update or remove your Deposit Limit.

  Note: Increasing or Removing your Deposit Limit will take 7 days to come into effect.

  Lower my deposit limit

  You can reduce your deposit limit amount at any time and the changes will come into effect immediately.

  Except, if you have already reached your current deposit limit, the reduced deposit limit change will not come into effect immediately but instead a 7-day cool off will be applied. After this the new Deposit limit will come into effect.

  Increase or remove my deposit limit

  If you wish to remove or increase your Deposit Limit, the changes will come into effect 7 days after the change request

  Note: A per day calculation is used to determine if the change is an increase or a decrease to the current deposit limit.

• You can set or edit the amount of your Deposit Limit at any time in the my account section of the Sportsbet app or website, under Safer Gambling.

  
  The amount of your Deposit Limit can be reduced at any time and the changes you make will be effective immediately. If you wish to remove or increase your Deposit Limit, the changes will come into effect 7 days after the initial limit period.

  
  Important! Once you set a deposit limit, you will be unable to make any changes to the combination of dollar limit and frequency during your deposit limit time frame.
