Money Line, Puckline, 60 Minute NHL Betting

Money line betting in NHL is essentially head to head betting where you are wagering on which team you think will win the match outright. For settlement purposes, the money line market includes overtime and any subsequent shootout.

Puckline is the NHL’s alternative to handicap markets. Generally, the standard Puckline of +1.5 and -1.5 will be offered throughout matches. For settlement purposes, the Puckline market includes overtime and any subsequent shootout.

Puckline example – Dallas Stars (-1.5) vs Tampa Bay Lightning (+1.5)
Dallas must win the match by 2 or more goals to win the Puckline market.

60 Minute Markets – where indicated 60-minute markets exclude overtime and shootout goals. If the game goes to overtime, the tie selection will be the winner.
