The To Win Both Halves market essentially puts each half as a separate game. To win a half, one team must outscore the other team in that half, not the overall game score.

For example, if the score is Storm 12 - Eels 6 at the end of the first half, Storm won this half.  If the score at the end of the second half is Storm 28 - Eels 16, Storm have won the second half as well as they have scored 16 points in the second half to Eels 10 points scored in the second half.

Therefore, the Storm have won both halves and bets on Storm will be deemed winners. 

If neither team wins both halves, all bets on this market will be deemed losing bets. In the event of a draw in either half, all bets on this market will be deemed losing bets
