If you have made a purchase and are entitled to a refund for it, you can receive the refund subject to the merchant’s refund policy. If your card is expired or revoked before you have spent any funds refunded to your card balance, you will need to have a replacement card ordered to access those funds.

Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to process back onto the card, however it is generally done in a shorter timeframe.
