Debit/Credit Card & Bank Account Verification

When attempting to make a credit or debit card deposit, there may be some circumstances where the bank associated with the card you’re using may want to validate your deposit. You may be required to fill in a temporary one-time passcode sent from your bank to your mobile, email or banking app.

If you haven’t received the one-time passcode, it could be for a couple of reasons:

  1. Your bank may not be sending it to the correct phone number or email address - please check with your bank to ensure your details are up to date. If your details were incorrect, then please update them with your bank & try depositing again.
  2. The one-time passcode may be visible in your banking app instead of being sent to your nominated email address or phone number via SMS. Please check your banking app to retrieve the OTP.
