- Tap your balance and click on My Account.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Select preferences and locate the Notifications box.
- Untick the methods that you do not wish to be contacted by.
- Click Save Settings.
Once you have actioned this, you will have been successfully unsubscribed from contact regarding specials and offers.
