Common voiding scenarios
- Player named but didn't take the field - voids markets on that specific player
- Match abandoned before official completion
- Match postponed beyond the scheduled rescheduling window
- Pricing or market error
What happens to my bet?
This depends on what type of bet you have placed, in cases where you are refunded your stake please note:
- Cash stake - returned to your account balance
- Bonus Bet stake - not returned
Single Bets
For a Single bet, the bet is void & your stake returned
Standard Multibets
If one leg of an Standard Multibet is voided, that leg is removed from the Multibet. The remaining legs stand and the Multibet odds are recalculated to reflect the smaller combination.
Same Game Multis
If one leg of an SGM is voided (e.g. a player named in the squad doesn't take the field), the whole Same Game Multi bet is voided & your stake returned due to the SGM odds being related. The bet can't be recalculated with the remaining legs due to the relative odds.
When will I see the void?
Voids are usually applied within minutes of the triggering event (e.g. team sheet confirmation 60 mins before kick-off, match abandonment confirmation).
