Withdrawal Timeframes for Bank Transfers and Credit Cards

  • Bank and Credit Card withdrawals can take up to 2 business days to reach your bank account.
  • If you’re withdrawing to a Commonwealth bank (CBA) account before 7pm on any given day, you’ll receive the funds on the same day (subject to internal review). If you withdraw to a CBA account after 7pm on a given day, you will receive those funds on the next day.
  • For other banks (aside from CBA), it may take from 1-3 business days to hit your bank account.

How long does it take if I request a withdrawal from Monday to Thursday?

Before 4.30PM AEST

We will process your request on the same business day.
Funds should be received from your bank the next business day.

Example:

  • You Withdraw $10 to your Bank Account on Monday at 10am
  • We will process it that day
  • You should receive the funds in your account from your Bank on Tuesday.

After 4.30PM AEST

We will process your request on the following business day.
Funds should be received by your bank the day after it is processed.

Example:

  • You Withdraw $10 to your Bank Account on Monday at 7pm
  • We will process it on Tuesday for you
  • You should receive the funds in your account from your Bank on Wednesday

Non-Australian Bank Account

It usually takes 3–5 business days to process an internal transfer, but may take longer depending on the recipient’s country and bank.

Transfers made on a weekend, a public/bank holiday will be processed the following business day.
