How do I retrieve my Username?
- At the login screen, select “Forgotten your details”
- Select “Forgotten username”
- Enter your Email Address and Date of Birth, then click “Next".
- Select either SMS or email as a Verification Method
- Once you receive the Security Code, enter it in the space provided. Click “Next”.
- Your Username will then appear on the screen.
- At the login screen, select “Forgot login details”
- Select “Forgotten username”
- Enter your Email Address and Date of Birth, then click “Next”
- Select either SMS or email as a Verification Method
- Once you receive the Security Code, enter it in the space provided. Click “Next”
- Your Username will then appear on the screen.
- At the login screen, select “Forgotten login details”
- Select “Forgotten username”
- Enter your Email Address and Date of Birth, then click “Next”
- Select either SMS or email as a Verification Method

How do I retrieve my Password?
- At the login screen, select “Forgotten your details”
- Enter your Username and Date of Birth, click Next.
- Select either SMS or email as a Verification Method
- Once you receive the Security Code, enter it in the space provided. Click “Next”.
- You will then be asked to enter a New Password and click "Change Password".
- At the login screen, select “Forgot login details”
- Enter your Username and Date of Birth, click Next.
- Select either SMS or email as a Verification Method
- Once you receive the Security Code, enter it in the space provided. Click “Next”
- You will then be asked to enter a New Password and click Next.
- At the login screen, select “Forgotten login details”
- Enter your Username and Date of Birth, click Next.
