If you have a transaction to dispute, please follow the instructions below to request a review.  Please make sure that you have registered your card online and the card details you provide match the details you have registered.

The more evidence you can provide, the better! Make sure you support your transaction dispute with reciepts, bank statements, etc.
  1. Download and print the emerchants Disputed Transaction Form
  2. Complete all sections of the form
  3. Scan or photocopy your form and evidence (reciepts, bank statements, etc.)
  4. Send through to the emerchants team who will begin their investigation
How Long with it Take?
An investigation will commence within 5 business days of the forms being recieved. Disputes are usually resolved within 60 days.
