How Do I Reset My Cash Card PIN?

It's easy to change or reset your Sportsbet Cash card PIN. Simply follow the instructions below.

Before attempting to reset your PIN code, please ensure the following:

  1. You are in possession of your Cash Card.
  2. You have access to the email address that you registered your Sportsbet account with.
  3. Enter the security code supplied to you via email within 15 minutes of receiving it.

To change your Sportsbet PIN Code, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to https://pin.emerchants.com.au.
  2. You will then be prompted to enter the Cash Card number, the card holder’s surname & date of birth.
  3. A temporary security code will be sent to your email address (the same email your Sportsbet account was registered with).
  4. Enter the code and click Continue.
  5. You can then enter your new PIN and click on Change PIN.

To protect yourself from card fraud, make sure you don’t enter a ‘weak PIN’ combination.

A ‘weak PIN’ combination is where:

  • The same digit is used for the whole PIN e.g. 0000, 1111.
  • All consecutive digits in the PIN are in ascending/descending order e.g. 1234, 7654.
