Why are deposits from my Credit/Debit card being declined?

Your bank may decline your transactions for the following reasons:

Bank Declined: Some banks do not allow deposits to be made online to betting companies. If you are trying to deposit with a card from Citibank, Suncorp and Bank of Queensland please try an alternative card from another bank, PayPal or one of our other instant deposit methods.

Insufficient Funds: Ensure you attempt to deposit only the funds which are in your available balance. Larger amounts can be declined by your bank.

Incorrect CV2: Ensure the 3-digit code on the back of your card matches the one you've entered. If the CV2 does not match your bank will not authorize the deposit.

Expired Card: Ensure the expiry date of your card has not elapsed. If this is the case, tap the pencil icon beside the card to change the expiry date.

Card reported lost or stolen: If you have recently reported your card lost or stolen your bank will not authorize deposit on the card.
