How do I verify my Account using Certified Documents?

• If you were unable to verify your account, follow the steps below to get verified using Certified Documents.
• Once verified, you'll be able to take advantage of Sportsbet's features such as Cash Card, and have full acces to your winnings.
• Remember your Certified Documents form,  must be completed in English. We recommend you use Chrome to download the Form.

Before attempting to verify your account using the Certified Documents process please ensure that you have taken all other steps to attempt verification. If all other methods have failed you can take the following steps:

1. Download, print, and complete the Certified Documents Form.
2. Take your original ID and the copied ID documents to an authorised person capable of certifying documents.
3. The certifier will need to complete the 'Certifier Details' section of this form, and certify the copies of your documents
4. Send your completed form and Certified Copies of your Identification Documents to us
