What do I need to Verify my Identity?

You'll firstly need to ensure that your details upon sign up are matching with your Valid ID (EG If your name is Joseph, putting your name as Joe will not work for Verification). If you need information on how to update your details, please click here.

If you need to manually verify your account (Meaning you haven't been automatically verified when using your account) we'll require two forms of valid ID to verify your identity. You can use the following ID's to try and Verify yourself:

1.  - Valid Australian Drivers License
2. - Valid Australian Medicare Card
3. - Valid Australian Passport
4. - Valid International Passport
