If you haven't been ID Verified, it’s not possible to update your Address online, if you want to change these details you will need to contact our Customer Service team.

If you have been ID Verified, you can change some personal details in the Settings tab within your My Account.

Your ability to update your address depends on whether you are Verified or not:

   Important! Make sure you include your Username or Account ID when sending your documents.

I have already Verified my Identity:

I have not Verified my Identity:

You will need to send us a utility bill or bank statement from within the last 3 months that has been sent to your new address.
