• You can Cash Out your live bet via the live event page on your mobile.
• Cashing out Live is only possible if your event or market is being traded Live.
  
  

  Cash out Live Bets on your Mobile

  1. Navigate to the Live Event Page or Tap Bet/Transaction History, and change the dropdown box to Pending
  2. Tap on the Bet you wish to Cash Out
  3. Take a look over the details of your Bet and tap the green Cash Out button
  4. A Call will be triggered to our Phone Betting Team;
  5. You will need to identify yourself and provide the details of your bet with a Sportsbet operator.
  6. The operator will read back the Cash Out value of your Bet. You must confirm YES to the operator
  7. If you hang up before confirming your Cash Out Bet, It will not be processed

Cash Out Pre-Live on your iPhone

1. Log in to your account
2. Tap the More icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen
3. Tap Bet/Transaction History, and change the dropdown box to Pending
4. Tap on the Bet you wish to Cash Out
5. Take a look over the details of your Bet and tap the green Cash Out button
6. Review your Cash Out value and tap Confirm
7. A confirmation message will appear and your Bet will be Cashed Out.

Cash Out pre-live bets on your Android Mobile

1. Log in to your account
2. Tap the Menu  icon in the top left hand corner of the screen.
3. Tap Pending Bets 
4. Tap on the Bet you wish to Cash Out
5. Take a look over the details of your Bet and tap the green Cash Out button
6. Review your Cash Out value and tap Confirm
7. A confirmation message will appear and your Bet will be Cashed Out.
