As of 26th May 2019, any increase or removal of a deposit limit will take effect after a 7 day cooling off period.
Sportsbet offers the ability to easily monitor and manage your gambling by setting deposit limits before you start gambling. You have the ability to set your own limits which cannot be increased on the spot and will be subject to restriction/cooling off periods.
Minimum Waiting Periods
Any changes to your original restriction/cooling off will be subject to a minimum waiting period ("Hard Limits"):
24 hours – 7 days
7 days – 7 days
28 days – 28 days
After this time, any changes will only be subject to the 7 day restriction/cooling off period.
How long does it take to increase a deposit limit?
Any increases to your deposit limit during the original period are not permitted.
Any increases to your deposit limit (per day limit basis) after the original period will be subject to a 7 day restriction/cooling off period.
Any changes during the restriction/cooling off period will not be allowed.
How do I calculate my "per day limit"?
As deposit limits comprise of a value and time, a "per day limit" is calculated in order to determine whether you are increasing or decreasing your limit.
