Sportsbet collects your information for the purpose of assessing your application for Credit and, if successful, to manage your Sportsbet Credit Facility. If you do not provide all the information requested then Sportsbet may not be able to consider your application.
Sportsbet may give personal and credit information about you to a credit reporting body to obtain credit reporting information about you. Sportsbet may also disclose credit information about you to a credit reporting body, which the credit reporting body may then include in reports provided to other credit providers to assist them to assess your credit worthiness.

- the credit reporting bodies to which Sportsbet may disclose your credit information, the types of credit information that may be disclosed, and in what circumstances;
- how you can access and seek correction of credit or credit eligibility information that Sportsbet holds about you; and
- how you can make a complaint about a failure of Sportsbet to comply with the relevant provisions of the Privacy Act or the Credit Reporting Code, and how Sportsbet will deal with such a complaint.
